This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the mobile game Negative Bloom (the “Game”). The Game is intended for users aged 18 and older.
The Game is designed with privacy in mind. You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to play.

Negative Bloom does not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share users’ personal data with third parties. The Game does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, trackers, or third-party SDKs.
Specifically, the Game does not collect:
- your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details;
- your precise location or contacts;
- advertising identifiers, activity history for advertising profiles, or analytics events;
- payment information — the Game has no purchases or paid features.
03 Local Saves
Game progress, including completed levels and results, is stored locally on your device. This information supports save functionality, level replay, and the ability to pause and resume the Game.
The Game does not send these save files to us or synchronize them with our servers. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data in your device settings may result in the loss of local progress. Device backups, if enabled at the operating-system level, are governed by your settings and the privacy policy of the relevant platform.
04 Internet Connection and Third-Party Services
Negative Bloom can be launched and played offline. The Game does not require an account and does not transmit gameplay data over the internet. The Game contains no integrated third-party SDKs, advertising services, or analytics services.
When you download the Game from an app store, the store itself may process technical information in accordance with its own privacy policy. This processing is carried out independently by the platform and is not controlled by us.
05 Advertising, Analytics, and Purchases
Negative Bloom contains no ads, advertising identifiers, analytics, in-app purchases, or paid subscriptions. We do not track users’ behavior for advertising or marketing purposes.
06 Age Requirements
The Game is intended for users aged 18 and older and does not contain prohibited content. Since the Game does not collect personal data, we do not receive information about users’ ages or other personal information through the Game.

If you choose to email us, we will receive your email address and any information you include in your message or attachments. You provide this information voluntarily by email; it is not collected by the Game. Email service providers may process messages in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for us to handle your request.
08 Security and Policy Changes
Because the Game does not transmit personal data to our servers, we do not create server-side user profiles or databases of gameplay activity. Local save data is stored in the app's storage on your device; the security of your device and access to it also depend on your settings and your operating system's security features.
